MH17 criminal probe to be published next month

The Dutch public prosecutor’s office announced on the 19 August 2016 that the results from a criminal investigation into the shooting down of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 over Ukraine in July 2014 would be announced on the 28 September 2016.

The results would include information on 'which weapon was used and from where it was fired'.

A technical report had been published by the Dutch Safety Board (OVV) in October 2015.
