NATO Summit Can Mark Start of Closer Cooperation with the EU

In the wake of the result in the EU Referendum in the United Kingdom on the 23 June 2016 whereby the UK will negotiate to leave the EU, Europe’s two most important multilateral organisations must deepen their partnership.
