‘No serious rule breach’ in Siemens order / Alstom heads for court over Eurostar trains

Michel Barnier, the European Commissioner who oversees the EU’s single market has told France’s biggest trainmaker Alstom that the award of a €600m order for new cross-Channel high-speed trains for Eurostar to Germany’s Siemens did not involve any serious breach of rules.
