Northern Cyprus presidential election, 2015

Voters in the self-declared Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus took part in an election elect a president on the 19 and 26 April 2015. Voters elected the independent candidate Mustafa Akinci as their new president.

The new leader would then be tasked with representing them in reunification talks on the divided island of Cyprus.
