[Opinion]: Putin and Erdogan: A new year and new challenges in the EU neighbourhood

In an opinion feature Marc Pieroni argues that in 2015 President Putin in Russia and President Erdogan in Turkey will keep contradicting or chastising the EU as often as their highly charged populist political style requires, while engaging the EU for vital economic reasons.
