Poland disagrees with UK on ‘Brexit’ welfare restrictions

As part of his tour to speak with the governments of other EU Member States in the context of the United Kingdom government's desire to renegotiate its relationship with the EU, Prime Minister David Cameron visited Poland on the 10 December 2015 (and Romania on the 9 December 2015).

Poland made it clear it wanted Britain to remain in the European Union, but did not accept restrictions on welfare benefits to EU migrants.
