Press Release: Commission welcomes agreement on new entrance and residency rules for third-country national students and researchers

On 4 December 2015, the European Commission welcomed the agreement on common new entrance and residency rules for third-country national students, researchers and trainees and for volunteers who come to the EU under the European Voluntary Service (EVS) scheme.
