On 20 July 2015, the Council of the European Union adopted conclusions on energy diplomacy. The Council, in line with the Energy Union's implementation roadmap, welcomed the EU Energy Diplomacy Action Plan presented jointly by the High Representative and the European Commission as a basis for further work. |
