At the Foreign Affairs Council meeting in Brussels, 18 November 2013, the Council of the European Union adopted conclusions on the regional impact of the Syria crisis. The European Commission has also indirectly warned Greece and Bulgaria on the 19 November 2013 to stop turning down Syrian refugees at their borders with Turkey, after the UN issued a similar call just a few days before. |
