Press Release: Court of Justice of the EU: Council adopts reform of General Court

The Council of the European Union officially adopted on 3 December 2015 the regulation reforming the ECJ's General Court.

The aim of the reform is to enable the General Court to face an increasing workload and to ensure that legal redress in the European Union is guaranteed within a reasonable time.
