Press Release: Data protection reform: lead MEPs optimistic about reaching a deal by year’s-end

The European Parliament's civil liberties committee held a debate on 30 November 2015 regarding the reform of data protection regulations.

The committee's leading negotiators in the trilogue talks undertaken with the Council of the European Union and the European Commission expected an agreement to be reached before the end of 2015.
