Press Release: Judgment in Case C-382/12 P MasterCard Inc. and Others v Commission – Mastercard fees were anti-competitive, court upholds

The Court of Justice confirmed on the 11 September the judgment of the General Court and thus validated the Commission’s decision prohibiting the multilateral interchange fees applied by MasterCard.
