Press Release: Judgment in Case T-562/12 Dalli v Commission

The General Court of the European Court of Justice dismissed on 12 May 2015 the action of the former Commissioner John Dalli concerning the fact that former European Commission President José Manuel Durão Barroso allegedly required him to resign.
