Press Release: Legal affairs MEPs back plans to facilitate recovery of small debts

The European Parliament's legal affairs committee approved on 16 April 2015 a draft law which plans to improve and broaden the use of a simplified procedure for low-value cross-border claims to recover money from abroad.
