Press Release: New EU rules for third-country researchers and students: Council confirms deal with EP

On 26 November 2015, the Permanent Representatives Committee of the Council of the European Union approved a deal reached with the European Parliament on a draft directive aimed at making the European Union more attractive for students and researchers from third countries.
