Slovakia pushes ahead with legal action over EU refugee quotas

EurActiv Slovakia reported that Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico announced on the 30 September 2015 that his country would instigate legal action at the European Court of Justice against the plan to distribute 120,000 asylum seekers agreed by qualified majority voting at the Justice and Home Affairs Council, Brussels, 22 September 2015 - a decision which had been opposed by the Slovak Republic.
