Space: EU not boldly going where no one has gone before

EUObserver published a report in September 2015 regarding the European Union's aspirations in terms of space exploration.

While former European Commission president José Manuel Barroso was a keen supporter of a bigger role for the EU in terms of space race, such a vision was not seen to be followed by his successors in the EU executive.
