Speech by Michel Barnier, Chief Negotiator for the Preparation and Conduct of the Negotiations with the United Kingdom, at the plenary session of the European Committee of the Regions

On the 22 March 2017 Michel Barnier, the European Commission's chief Brexit negotiator, made a speech to the Committee of the Regions in which he outlined the conditions for reaching an agreement with the United Kingdom concerning Brexit.
