Speech by Vice-President Dombrovskis at Bloomberg’s”Accelerating the Capital Markets Union”

On the 10 February 2017 the European Commission has released a transcript of a speech made by Vice-President Dombrovskis at Bloomberg’s "Accelerating the Capital Markets Union". Dombrovskis talked of the commissions efforts to build a Capital Markets Union, this will be responsible for the ensuring that financial markets are properly regulated and supervised so that they are stable, competitive and transparent, at the service of jobs and growth. The objective is to have a well-functioning and integrated Capital Markets Union in place by 2019.
