Speech: Labour Mobility in the European Union – The Inconvenient Truth

Text of a speech by László Andor, European Commissioner responsible for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, at the University of Bristol, on the 10 February 2014.

The European Commissioner gave his opinion regarding uses and rights of labour mobility within the European Union. He supported his speech with statistics and figures to demonstrate that the growing animosity towards the concept, especially from the UK, is not relevant when it comes to an objective look at the facts.
