The Ebbing of Democracy in the Western Balkans

A report from the Balkan Donors Forum held in Belgrade on the 21 September 2016, spearheaded by the European Fund for the Balkans and the Open Society Foundations. There was a growing concern from young grassroots and philanthropic organisations that the Western Balkans were drifting backward. And in a dangerous way.
