On 27 December 2001, the European Commission adopted a five-year strategy for its financial assistance to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. At the same time, it announced that over the three years, 2002 - 2004, €960 million has been earmarked for the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia to finance this strategy. |
