The European Commission adopted on 22 May 2002 an annual programme (2002) worth €71.9 million to support the participation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) in the Stabilisation and Association process (SAp). The programme focuses on five priority areas: Democratic stabilisation, administrative capacity building, economic and social development, environment and natural resources and justice and home affairs. |
