New guidelines that set out how the UK Office of Telecommunications (Oftel) will implement access obligations imposed on a communications network operator with significant market power were published by Oftel on 13 September 2002. The guidelines explain how Oftel will apply the provisions set out in the EU Access and Interconnection Directive.
