Brown calls for ‘decisive signal’ on economic reform in EU

The UK Chancellor, Gordon Brown, and Patricia Hewitt, the UK's Trade and Industry Secretary, are to publish a White Paper outlining Britain's case for structural changes in product, labour and capital markets over the next decade.
