UK aims to revive chemical weapons accord

The UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office published a Green Paper on 29 April 2002 entitled 'Strengthening the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention: Countering the threat from biological weapons'. The paper is a final attempt to secure global agreement on controls limiting production of weapons using anthrax, smallpox and other diseases. .
