France and Spain ‘to gain in EU financial services’

According to a report published by the European Commission on 12 November 2002, 'Quantification of the macro-economic impact of integration of EU financial markets', France and Spain are set to gain more than the United Kingdom and Germany from a Europe-wide market for financial services.
