200 personalities have already signed up for 'Spring day in Europe', an initiative in schools to debate the future of the European Union. A number of members of the European Commission, the Convention, the European Parliament and national institutions will lead a debate with pupils and teachers on 21 March 2003, the 'Spring day in Europe'.
