The European Commission published in November 2003 a report, 'The costs and benefits of diversity', which points to both short and medium term benefits for companies which implement diversity policies i.e. policies that seek to encourage a mix of races, sexual orientations, religions, physical disabilities, ages and sexes within the workplace. |
