The European Commission issued a Communication on 18 November 2003 that is intended to facilitate and guide the work of the Competitiveness Council to improve competitiveness across the European Union. With its Communication 'Some key issues of Europe's competitiveness towards an integrated approach', the Commission aims to re-launch Europe's competitive drive. The Communication will be discussed with Member States at the Competitiveness Council on 27 November 2003. |
