Minister threatens to quit over Berlusconi probe

Silvio Berlusconi's judicial wars threatened to ignite a government crisis in Italy, 25 July 2003, after a junior member of his coalition, Michele Vietti, indicated he would resign because a fellow minister blocked an inquiry into the prime minister's business activities.
