Reflection process on EU health policy

On 15 July 2004, European Commissioner for Health and Consumer Protection, David Byrne, launched a reflection process on EU health policy. This process will help shape the future EU health strategy. The initial thoughts are outlined in a paper called: 'Enabling good health for all. A new reflection process for a new EU health strategy'
