Press Release: Walter Schwimmer: Third Council of Europe Summit should deliver a strong political declaration

The Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Walter Schwimmer, welcomed 8 July 2004 0the decision of the Council's Committee of Ministers to hold a Third Summit of Heads of State and Government on 16-17 May 2005 in Warsaw. The Summit aims to reaffirm the role of the Council of Europe.
