Following its inaugural meeting held on 15 July 2004 in Valenciennes, the Administrative Board of the European Railway Agency met again in Brussels on 28 October, under the chairmanship of Mr Reino Lampinen, and nominated Mr Marcel Verslype as Executive Director.
