Jean Pisani-Ferry is to lead a project team to set up a new (as yet un-named) international economic think-tank to be based in Brussels. It will be funded by a number of EU governments led by France and Germany. The European Commission (and existing other think-tanks based in Brussels) are said to be suspicious. |
