Saudis try to revive Mideast peace plan

In a speech to the European Policy Centre in Brussels on 19 February 2004, the Saudi Foreign Minister explained how Saudi Arabia is trying to revive its peace plan for the Palestinian-Israeli conflict by mobilising support from other Arab states and enlisting European Union help.
