OECD calls on Turkey to cut size of black economy

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's latest economic survey of Turkey, released in October 2004, urges Turkey to reduce the size of its black economy so that it stands a better chance of reforming its tax system and creating more jobs as the population continues to expand.
