Liberal Democrat group proposes radical solutions

Report of the publication by a group of prominent (UK) Liberal Democrats, 'The Orange Book: reclaiming Liberalism'. Amongst other proposals it calls for the repatriation of European social, regional and agricultural policy and Vincent Cable, the Treasury spokesman, advocates a 'tougher, more sceptical approach to European institutions and legislation'.
