Communication: The second report on the implementation of the 2003 – 2005 Broad Economic Policy Guidelines

This is the second report on the extent to which the 2003-05 Broad Economic Policy Guidelines have been successfully implemented. It concentrates on policy measures taken since the BEPGs were agreed in 2003 and updated to include the new Member States in 2004.
