Hours opt-out faces renewed challenge

A report by MEP Alejandro Cercas to the European Parliament's Employment and Social Affairs Committee calling for an end to Britain's opt-out of EU rules on long working hours will be considered by the European Parliament during its 7-10 March 2005 plenary session.
