Relationship warning if treaty rejected

Javier Solana, EU High Representative for the Common and Foreign Security Policy, warned on 3 January 2005 that the UK's relations with other Member States would be thrown open to question if UK voters reject the constitutional treaty in a referendum due to be held in 2006.
