UK urges French and Dutch to outline plans

In an interview to BBC Radio on 2 June 2005, the United Kingdom's Europe Minister, Douglas Alexander, called on France and the Netherlands to state publicly whether there was any future for the European Constitution after the resounding No votes in both their countries' referendums earlier in the week.
