ECB has no plans for series of rate rises, says Trichet

Speaking on 21 November 2005 to the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee of the European Parliament,, President of the European Central Bank Jean-Claude Trichet said the ECB had no plans to implement a series of interest rate rises.
