Date: 02/10/1997 Ask any schoolboy what he wants to be when he grows up and you might expect dreams of becoming a top international sportsman to rank high amongst the answers. But recent research has revealed that in the league of most sought-after jobs, working for the EU institutions apparently has more allure than becoming a Formula One racing driver, a golf pro, or strutting the catwalk with the likes of super models Naomi Campbell or Claudia Schiffer. After bodybuilder, air hostess, doorman and equality ombudsman come statistician and United Nations official. |
