Cardiff among top in European satisfaction survey

Since 1973, the European Commission has monitored the evolution of public opinion in the Member States on a wide range of topics. In 2013 the Commission published the latest edition of a unique survey conducted since 2004 on how citizens perceive quality of life in their home cities.

For this survey, 41,000 people were interviewed in 79 cities and 4 urban agglomerations. Via a range of questions, citizens were asked to express their views on various aspects of urban life.

Cardiff performed well in the survey.
