The European Commission on 25 November 2005 cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed creation of a joint venture between the German car components companies Behr Service GmbH and KGaA Hueck & Co. The Commission concluded that the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA) or any substantial part of it. |
