Institute adds to concern over boom in Ireland

Concerns about overheating in the Irish economy were voiced on 23.3.00 by the Dublin-based Economic and Social Research Institute, in the wake of criticism of the country's loose fiscal policy by both the European Central Bank and the European Commission.
