WTO in 11th-hour dash to end subsidy row

Article reports that on Day 4 of the 6th WTO Ministerial Conference in Hong Kong, 13-18 December 2005, the European Union was almost totally isolated in the 149-member body over its refusal to agree a date for ending agricultural export subsidies.
