Pascal Lamy, Director General of the World Trade Organisation, has set a deadline of 30 June 2006 for a deal to cut farm subsidies and tariffs on agricultural and industrial goods. Speaking on 30 May 2006, Mr Lamy warned that global trade talks were running out of time. |
