Single Payment Scheme: Information for farmers and growers in England. November 2007 update

This brochure includes information on a number of recent and proposed changes to EU legislation governing the Single Payment Scheme (SPS) and related schemes, including:
Set-aside rate for 2008; Fruit and vegetable reform;
10-month rule; and Aid for Energy crops. Most of the changes apply to the 2008 scheme year, but information is also included on issues relating to 2007 payments, including the Euro/Sterling exchange rate, modulation rate and scaleback under the Aid for Energy Crops.
